New Blog Site In Town…

I would like to welcome Kent Shepherd to the Dark Side.. the land of online bloggers…

Kent has followed my lead… just as  I followed Stu from Stu’s Shed… down that slippery slope into the wonderful world of WordPress.

Now he will know that his life is not his own anymore.. blogging becomes an addiction… post another blog… just one more…I know … I try to post at least once each and every day…

So I ask you all to support Kent’s new venture and slip over to Kent’s site and have a look..

Kent has developed his own brand of humor, which he shares with  the woodworking community adding a definitely Texan flavor to the mix.

Having worked with wood for more than 40 years he brings a huge amount of experience.  Share with him his long journey through the trials and tribulations of his career in woodworking.

He will also be giving his American perspective on the Torque Workcentre. Hints and tips, as well as video demonstrations… A marked change from seeing only Aussies having fun with the Torque

Not only the first Dealer for Torque Workcentres in the USA, he is the owner of the first machine imported into the country.

This is the machine that was sent to Denver Colorado to be featured on Cool Tools TV show, to be aired in August.

Kent  drove up to Denver, took delivery of the machine and then drove it back to Texas in a covered trailer. You can read about it here.

Bookmark his site and visit often… I am sure you will not be disappointed… if his first two posts are anything to go by.

Larry, Thanks for all the kind words. The Torque Work Centre is a very exciting concept. I believe it can really change the way we do a lot of our work. I feel priveleged to be part of it.

    Thanks
    Kent
