Weaving with the Torque…

This woven patterned platter is a prototype for the new woven patterned Dip and Chip Lazy Larry.. Tasmanian Blackwood weave with Silver Ash as the background….Silver Ash and Purple Heart accents.. Used a bowl cutter in the router on the Torque Workcentre..

Still have not been able to document this as I would like… so please be patient … I will blog the techniques soon.. The platter is 25 mm thick and 330 mm in diameter…. Thanks for coming back and looking.
