Made entirely from recycled Silky Oak…
Best easel I’ve ever seen. Does your silky oak have the same properties as our, say, white or red oak, like strong, fairly straight grain, hard etc? Nice work, good work on the half lap. We used to do that once in a while building houses. Using a skill hand saw. It just didn’t look that good.LOL GB mike
Very nice Larry, if my wife sees this I am sure I’ll have to update the one she uses the most to something near as flash as this, though I did have plans to use the silky oak for something else. But I guess she comes first, so it might be a surprise for her birthday! As always you are an inspiration!
