A penny for your thoughts.

While I had the Maple boards out I cut a few offcuts and made these cirular cheese boards.. added a stripe of PH and inlaid a penny…

A closer view of the penny will show you that it was minted in 1958…This year has a lot of significance to me… It was the year I was born… Quite a few other blokes were born that year and some of them joined the Navy in 1974, as did I.

So this is a kind of tribute to them…
