Custom Wedding Table Number Holders…


This custom set of table number placecard holders was made from the natural branch of a native hardwood… I think the timber is Ironbark but I am not sure… there are twelve pieces in the set and each is different and unique…

The branch came from a tree that was felled several years ago and has seasoned nicely… it is very dense and heavy…

The contrast, taught in colleges for art, between the heart wood and the sap wood and the bark is dramatic…

The top is angle cut and there is a kerf [saw cut groove] across the top to hold a place card with the table number on it…

Finished with two coats of satin Polyurethane and wax…

I feel honoured to be asked to supply the holders for Tory’s wedding.

They will be personally delivered this week…
