Now to make some boards.


The workshop is clean [ish] and tidy…. now to make some boards…

The last two days I have been busy making some simple long grain cutting boards.

A variety of timbers were used….including

Silver Ash

Purple Heart

New Guinea Rosewood

Tasmanian Blackwood

Tasmanian Myrtle

Solomon Island Ebony [Pacific Blackwood]

Swamp Gum

White Mahogany

European Walnut

and

European Wild Cherry

Here are the Pics… unoiled and one or two unfinished..

I also made several striped tea light candle holders.. I will post these separately…

Really getting into the swing of things…
