A little bit of Camphor…

Dropped down to see Brad Williams at Murwillumbah earlier in the week and picked up some Camphor Laurel slabs and crosscuts…

The slabs were 3.2 metres long… about 10 feet or so… up to 500 mm or 20inches wide and about 35 mm or close to an inch and a half thick…

Barry came down with me for the trip and today he brought his chainsaw around to cut the slabs into more manageable chunks…

Photos of the cross cuts will be posted later… this is enough of a wood gloat for one day….
